Our Story //Her Story
Our visionary founder, Tam L. Campbell, brings over a decade of experience in the Experiential Marketing Industry to the company. Her career began with high-profile campaigns that introduced her to the dynamic world of promotional staffing. Witnessing the challenges faced by workers in the industry, Tam recognized an opportunity to create a better experience for talent. In 2015, driven by her passion, creativity, and a desire for change, she founded High Top Talent.
Since then, the agency has become a nationwide leader in talent management, including a team of 20 exceptional emcees representing the Texas Lottery at the State Fair of Texas. As High Top Talent nears its 10th anniversary, Tam is excited to expand her innovative staffing model into new markets. By merging her expertise in photography, digital marketing, and talent management, she continues to empower freelancers and redefine standards within the industry.
